FLAG PATTERNS

In our routines we like to combine FLAG PATTERNS with all genres of christian music in counts of eight, add a few dance steps side-to-side while using the scarves or ribbons. 

It can be fun & seems to be effective when we are in prayer before we dance in front of others. God's presence seems to show up=)

We believe that God really enjoys when we worship HIM and ENJOY our TIME FOCUSING ON HIS GOODNESS
